Ingredients: 540 ml chickpea can 2 tablespoon cooking oil 3 cloves of garlic 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 small tomato chopped (120g approx.) 1 – 2 green chillies / jalapenos / thai chillies 1/4 cup tomato puree OR strained tomato OR 1 medium fresh tomato blended (120g approx.) 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice OR lime juice 1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime zest (optional) Salt to taste Garnish: 1/4 cup cilantro or parsley leaves finely chopped 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil (optional) Music Credit : http://www.bensound.com
